Wareham OUI Lawyer

When you are arrested for OUI in Wareham, Massachusetts, you likely have many questions. Most charged with an OUI offense wonder:

  • What will happen in court;
  • What are the license consequences;
  • What are the defenses to the charge.

Attorney DelSignore regularly appears in Wareham District Court and will discuss your case with you at a free initial consultation. He will explain to you the strengths and weaknesses of the Commonwealth's case against you and will review the police report, any booking videos and will go to the area where you were stopped for DUI.

What are some of the steps to prepare your defense?

In some cases, visiting the scene where you were stopped can be critical; as it may point out a confusing area of the road where you drove safely or it could point out a reason for any alleged erratic driving. Also, by going to the area of your arrest, I can see under what conditions you were asked to perform field sobriety tests, which include roadside exercises like a one leg stand test, the nine step walk and turn and sometimes an eye test referred to as the Horizontal Gaze and Nystagmus test.
