Massachusetts 24D Alcohol Education Programs

If you are convicted of a first offense OUI in Massachusetts, one of the requirements of your probation is that you enroll in the 24D program.

The 24D program is known as the alcohol education program and is a requirement that you complete the program as part of the conditions of your probation. The 24d costs $600 for enrollment. Below is a list of 24d program locations based on the city and town you live in.
