Framingham OUI Lawyer
Attorney Michael DelSignore has extensive experience defending OUI and DUI charges arising out of the Framingham District Court, including cases originating from arrests by the Framingham, Natick, Wayland, Hopkinton, and Sudbury Police Departments and the Massachusetts State Police. Because the Natick District Court relocated into the same Framingham courthouse, Attorney DelSignore’s Framingham experience covers both dockets.
Route 9 in Framingham is one of the most heavily patrolled OUI corridors in Middlesex County, and the State Police frequently run sobriety checkpoints there. A roadblock arrest can feel overwhelming, but in my experience these cases are often very winnable at trial – roadblocks have to be conducted according to a strict protocol, and that protocol is not always followed.

OUI Roadblocks on Route 9OUI roadblocks and sobriety checkpoints are common on Route 9 in Framingham. Although being stopped at a roadblock can feel like there is no way out, Attorney DelSignore has successfully challenged roadblock cases on the grounds that the stop was not conducted in compliance with the legal requirements that govern how a roadblock must be set up and run.

Client ReviewI cannot express the gratitude towards Michael for his amazing work and help. It was a very stressful event and they certainly put me at as much ease as possible. From start to finish it took 14 months, and all the way through they were both very engaged with me. Today was worth the wait – Michael was great in court and I was rightfully found not guilty. I would recommend Michael over and over again.
