I hired Attorney Michael DelSignore for an OUI case about three years ago, after I parted ways with then my other attorney. My case had been dragging for almost two years, when Michael took over. I was devastated, stressed, and worried more so about how this case would affect my immigration status. I was depressed and lost to say the least, but Michael assured me that I was in good hands and that he will do everything within his capacity to put this behind me, and he fulfilled every promise. Our first encounter, I met him that evening to further go into details about the case. He asked me the necessary questions, and he took lengthy notes about the case. He dissected the whole case before my eyes, and pinpointed the flaws within that case. After about an hour or so, he had a pile of notes and asked me to go home and assured me that everything will be fine. Fast forward to COVID, I had a few court dates, but unfortunately the courts were closed for over a year. I was getting frustrated, but Michael remained faithful that he will put this case behind me. I was losing hope, and didn’t know who else to turn to. Michael would continually remind me that great results require patience. About two weeks ago, I had my breakthrough. We were scheduled to appear in court for my trial. This is the moment I realized why he is the best attorney in the city of Boston, not just for OUI cases, but also if you found yourself in a bad accident and needed representation. I was in court for a whole day for my trial, a feeling that I can’t explain. It was time for my trial and he did his due diligence as promised. He had all the facts about the case, he had a plan, and he definitely knew how to execute. He argued on my behalf and presented the facts of the case and again, pinpointed out the flaws from the DA’s side. His brilliance in meticulously studying the case, his ability to not only cage the temperature in the room, but also know exactly when/ what to say super-exceeds any other attorney I have ever encountered. Everyone listened to both sides of the case, and the jurors left to make a decision. Guilty or not guilty. We went on a recess, and finally the moment I was waiting for. This case was a defining moment both for immigration wise and criminal. The verdict read: NOT GUILTY. You have no idea how happy I felt. That feeling that all the weight has been lifted over your shoulders. 3 years of depression, sleepless nights and hopelessness. Michael did not only restore my life, but he also mentored me outside of court to be more cautious moving forward. Michael is heaven sent. I will forever be indebted to him for all he has done for me. Now my life brand new, a clean slate to go out there and live without having to fear. I am a professional with so much going on for myself, and had it not been for him, my future would have been ruined forever. I recommend Attorney Michael DelSignore to anyone who might find him or herself in a jam of an OUI or involved in a car accident. Thank you, Michael. Thank you for saving my life.
