“First Offense OUI Experience with DelSignore Law”

Before being charged with OUI I was not aware of the consequences it can have on your life. The day after my arrest, I felt as if my world was over, that I would be out of a job, and that I would have to deal with the consequences of having a criminal record for the rest of my life. Mr. DelSignore made me feel otherwise by showing me that my case was possible to win. I was able to reach him quickly and set up an impromptu consultation within hours of my offense. He explained the processes involved, in layman's terms, and informed me of all of my options. The details of my case were as follows: I struck a rock in a parking lot and did not pass a breathalyzer. The police officers claimed that my eyes were glassy, I had an odor of alcohol and that I was unsteady on my feet and had slurred speech. Mr. DelSignore was able to reassure me that my situation was not hopeless and ensured that my case was processed quickly, making the amount of waiting on my end minimal. This was critical for me as I wanted to move on with my life. Throughout the process, I was always able to reach him with questions or concerns via phone or email and he responded promptly every time. He was prepared, confident, and a champion for me in court. I could not recommend Mr. DelSignore enough to someone going through this experience.

After being arrested for OUI on a Saturday night, I was anxious when I woke up on Sunday and thought that I would have to wait until Monday to discuss my case with a lawyer. I gave Mike a call not expecting him to answer. However, he called me back within minutes and was ready to answer any questions about the charge and its potential consequences. I was scheduled to appear in court within 48 hours and he had his associate show up to help me which was SO reassuring. He was always available by phone, text, and/or email. After reviewing the case, we decided to take it to trial to fight the charge. We got a jury to hear our case and, although it was stressful at points, Michael always stayed calm and professional. In the end, I got a Not Guilty verdict on the OUI charge. I am forever grateful for his efforts to help me get this off my record. Can't say enough good things!

I was facing an OUI second charge. This was the second time in just over three years that I had been arrested for DUI. My case was out of the Taunton District Court and Mike knew the reputation of all the judges there. Going into court on the day of my trial, I thought for sure I was going to lose my driver’s license for at least 60 days and more likely for 2 years. The penalties for a second offense OUI conviction are steep and I was not prepared to have to ask family members for rides. However, thanks to Mikes expertise, I ended up with a not guilty finding on the DUI! I took a continuance without a finding on the reckless endangerment charge, which resulted in a simple 1 year probation, $900 in total court fees, and I have to watch the movie "Brains at Risk". I was nervous about having to pay a huge chunk of money for a good lawyer, but Mike charged a flat fee and it was very reasonable. No hidden costs along the way. I will recommend him to anyone I know that wants to fight a criminal charge. I can't imagine I will ever need his services again since I finally learned my lesson, but if it does happen, I know who to call.

After being arrested for an OUI third offense, OUI drugs/ impaired driving, and a host of other charges, I knew I need to find a seasoned trial lawyer whom was familiar with the court system. Attorney DelSignore was reliable, genuine, always available to talk, and coached me on what to expect leading up to each date. Due to the seriousness of the charges, jail time was on the line for me. However, the preparation that Mike did for my trial was astonishing. He has comprehensive knowledge in these types of cases; he was so well prepared that it took multiple trips from his car into court with all of the documentation that he had gotten together for my trial. He cross-examined the three officers that were testifying against me, and pointed out many details in their testimony that strengthened my case. Ultimately, the judge had no choice but to find me "not guilty" of all of the most concerning charges, and had many other charges dismissed due to lack of evidence. If you are in need of expert defense, I would advise to look no further. Michael Delsignore is the one.

I knew I was in good hands when I called Mike on a Sunday morning, and he made effort to meet with me the very similar day. I needed someone to talk to and I certainly needed to understand what was going on. Mike spent an hour or so with us going over the strengths and the weaknesses of my case, and told me what I could expect. The case which lasted 2 years and 10 months but I was ultimately found not guilty! During this period, I lived in DC and abroad and, was in and out of Massachusetts, while Michael kept a constant touch with me on my court dates. Every time we met and the more I got to know him, it felt like I had made the right choice to hand over my life and such an important task to an altruistic and professional individual. More importantly on the day of the trial the way he presented my case to the Jury, for a moment I thought I was speaking to myself in the mirror - he understood me and my case so well and paid attention to many details, that it was a walk in the park for him.
