After being arrested for an OUI I spoke to several attorneys. I was even referred to an attorney by an officer at the local county jail where I was processed. This so called “great attorney” advised me to pay him $800 and plead guilty. Not having such a great driving history, I was facing potential jail time and loss of my dream job. Attorney Delsignore answered all my questions during my initial phone call to him and I decided to retain his services. Attorney Delsignore challenged the road block I was stopped at based upon two conditions. That the officer had no right to ask me to pull over and the road block was not set up legally. It took a jury of seven individuals 4 minutes to reach a NOT GUILTY verdict. A probation officer with 27 years experience informed me that he never seen an attorney do such a great job. Besides his tremendous talents in the court room Attorney Delsignore is extremely knowledgeable of the law, jury selection process, and the courts he works at. My case lasted almost 2 years. At one point I gave up and decided to plead guilty. Mike reminded me of everything I could lose and advised me to keep fighting.
