In <em>Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Lindsey\u00a0 Hallihan<\/em>, the Court must decide two major issues: 1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What is the standard to be awarded a new trial after a the accused plead guilty when it is disclosed that the State withheld exculpatory evidence?
