{"id":2160,"date":"2020-02-03T08:03:04","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T13:03:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delsignoredefense.com\/blog\/?p=2160"},"modified":"2020-02-03T08:03:04","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T13:03:04","slug":"breath-test-evidence-in-massachusetts-is-admissible-following-the-commonwealth-reforms-pursuant-to-the-annias-litigation-how-to-keep-it-out-of-evidence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delsignoredefense.com\/blog\/breath-test-evidence-in-massachusetts-is-admissible-following-the-commonwealth-reforms-pursuant-to-the-annias-litigation-how-to-keep-it-out-of-evidence\/","title":{"rendered":"Breath Test Evidence in Massachusetts is admissible following the Commonwealth reforms pursuant to the Annias litigation:  how to keep it out of evidence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Massachusetts OUI Lawyers will once again have to deal with breath test evidence as most police departments have complied with the reforms required by Judge Brennan as part of the Ananias litigation. \u00a0Last week I spoke at the Plymouth Country Bar Association on Breath test evidence.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It has been a long time since many lawyers have had to try to keep a breath test out of evidence as a result of the Ananias litigation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>But it is back. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What do lawyers need to know about breath test evidence? <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All breath test data is now online;
