Emerto<\/a>n.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In this case, the defendant was arrested at an OUI Roadblock on Soldiers Field Road in Brighton and the case was heard in the Brighton District Court.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Soldiers Field road is an area where the State police have been using for years to conduct roadblocks.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Under <a href=\"http:\/\/masscases.com\/cases\/sjc\/396\/396mass81.html\">Commonwealth v.
