6-16: OUI 1st offense involving car accident and breathalyzer reading of .15 case dismissed after motion by Attorney DelSignore. Client avoided first offense OUI conviction and license loss.

4-28-10: Assault and Battery, on a minor. NOT GUILTY after bench trial.

Attorney DelSignore represented a client on appeal convicted of distribution of cocaine and conspiracy. Attorney DelSignore was able to have the defendant conviction overturned after making an argument before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, arguing that the defendants' right of confrontation was denied by the admission of drug certificates of analysis without providing the defendant the opportunity to confront the chemist who conducted the drug analysis.

1-19-10: 4th Offense OUI, breathalyzer reading .14 suppressed, OUI NOT GUILTY. Not guilty negligent operation. Client avoids 10 year loss of license and mandatory one year jail sentence.

1-5-10: OUI dismissed on day of trial following motion to dismiss. License reinstated as a result of Breathalyzer refusal, client avoids serving the full six month license loss for breathalyzer refusal.

9-21-09: Violation of 209A restraining order. Case dismissed on day of trial.

9-9-09: Aggravated assault and battery, case dismissed after scheduled for trial four times. Result, cased dismissed.

9-3-09: Client charged with drug possession, Attorney DelSignore files a motion to suppress which is granted by the judge resulting in the dismissal of the case. Result, case dismissed.

8-26-09: 2nd Offense OUI, Result, NOT GUILTY AFTER JURY WAIVED TRIAL, client avoids two year loss of license and ignition interlock requirement.

8-17-09: Assault and battery and threats to commit a crime, result case dismissed.

8-12-09: Domestic assault and battery, result case dismissed.

5-15-09: Possession of illegal narcotic drugs, case dismissed after motion to suppress evidence based on illegal search of the automobile was granted by the court.

4-21-09: Operating under the influence of alcohol. Client charged with OUI, alleged to have drove recklessly weaving in and out of traffic and failed to stop for the police. Police alleged that the client failed field sobriety tests and was uncooperative at the police station. Result, NOT GUILTY, After JURY TRIAL.

4-15-09: Assault and battery on police officer; resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, Result NOT GUILTY, JURY TRIAL.

2-10-09: OUI, 2nd Offense, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation. Result CASE DISMISSED.

1-21-09: Operating under the influence; Result Case Dismissed.

1-20-09: Possession of firearms without FID card. Result Case dismissed avoiding mandatory minimum 18 month jail sentence.

10-29-08: Assault and battery on police officer and resisting arrest. Result, JURY TRIAL. NOT GUILTY.

9-15-08: 2nd Offense DUI dismissed as court granted motion to suppress excluding all evidence as the police officer lacked authority to arrest the defendant for OUI in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Defendant admitted to consumed 7-8 beers, slurred speech, blood shot eyes, failed to stop for police. Result, OUI 2nd case dismissed, client avoids two year loss of license, possible jail time and ignition interlock requirement.
